It is a completely new way of thinking about research, allowing researchers to see the same space from multiple perspectives. An interactive emotional map of a retail space allows every variable to be delineated separately. For example,  you can see not only how different people behave in the one space, but also how their behaviour may change if they are alone or with a family, whether it is day or night.

CONNECT places a consumer’s experience directly on a floor plan, allowing the emotional mapping of a space to emerge .
